Excellent to hear the worker journey positioned as the central experience - “illuminate” pathways
Steven Palmatier
36:21
Has anyone worked with CAEL on the pathways?
Nichole Torpey-Saboe

Hi Mabel, the respondents reflect the national percentages of 2 year and 4 year graduates (as well as those with no postsecondary education.) We haven’t looked at breaking those categories apart yet, but it’s an interesting question.

Q: What innovate ways are employers screening. Feels like the CV / continue to be the form, with high friction for the 2.2:1 job applicants. Are employers seeing the skills, and how are these trusted from the hiring manager’s perspective?

We start our programs for manufacturing with a few classes on shop math which most of our students are afraid of. We give them all the help they need to succeed and once they do they blossom in most cases.

Great program. Thank you Strada! Dennis and Isabel - can you speak about one or more of these? 1) gender and equity approaches Fame employers use to recruit 2) are all the Fame employer in automotive/manufacturing or is there other industry sectors; 2) can you say more about how to incentivize and bring employers to work as a shared force. Thank you!
